DevLoom sells prepaid access in Indian Rupees (INR). Plans do not renew automatically, and we never charge you again without you choosing to buy.
Because nothing renews automatically, there is nothing to cancel to avoid future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. You can stop using DevLoom at any time.
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your payment. When the refund is processed, your Pro access for that purchase ends.
After 7 days we do not refund the remaining period, except as described in section 5 or where the law requires it.
The Team owner can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the term starting. For a renewal paid in advance, a full refund is available any time before the renewed term starts. A full refund ends Team Pro for that term; members keep their personal DevLoom accounts.
Partial refunds (for example, for unused seats) are not automatic. We review them case by case, mainly for billing errors. Seat counts cannot be reduced in the middle of a term.
If money was taken but the payment failed, you were charged twice, or you paid but did not receive access, contact us and we will refund the amount in full or restore your access, whichever you prefer.
Email support@devloom.dev from the email address used for the purchase, with your receipt number (for example DL-PR-… or DL-TR-…). We reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) through our payment partner, Razorpay. After we start the refund, banks usually take 7–10 business days to show it in your account.
DevLoom is a digital service. Nothing is shipped. Access is activated in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within minutes, and a receipt is available in your billing history.
